Company Overview

Affect CX is this awesome website where interviewers can talk to people and get secret clues about how they feel. It's like having superpowers to see if someone is bored, super interested, or just pretending!

Problem Assumptions

So, interviewers had a tough time knowing if the person on the other side of the screen was really into the conversation or just nodding along. They needed a way to figure this out without asking, "Hey, you bored?" 😅

Pain Points

  1. Interviewers couldn't tell if people were paying attention.
  2. There was no easy way to remember key points without scribbling on paper.
  3. Interviewers sometimes lost track of time. (Oops!)
  4. They wanted to make the video look prettier, but how?

The Solution

I put on my thinking cap and came up with:

  1. A cool attention meter that shows if someone's mind is wandering off. 🧠
  2. A digital notepad right there on the screen for quick note-taking. 📝
  3. A big, bold timer so no one loses track of time again. ⏰
  4. Filters to make the video look super nice, like adding sunshine to a cloudy day! ☀️

Service Provided

Alright, here's the techy part:

  • I designed a Videocall Screen where everything happens.
  • I used Figma, which is like a magic wand for design.

Conclusion

In the end, Affect CX's interviewers were over the moon! 🌙 They could understand people better and save tons of time. Now, every interview is like a walk in the park, easy-peasy and kinda fun too!
